GT eForms™ and ePAF™ Go Live at All Four Campuses of the University of Houston

Congratulations to the University of Houston on their successful implementation project!
This project featured an interface with the PeopleAdmin recruiting system, and an interface with Houston’s document imaging system. The imaging system interface allows scanned and desktop documents to be attached to eForms, stored in the enterprise document repository, and accessed later via links stored with the eForm itself.
GT eForms™ and ePAF™ Go Live at University of Utah

The University of Utah has turned on ePAF™ for their user community, and has received very positive feedback both from the user departments and from HR. The project was completed on time, despite significant additions to the project scope. Some of these are listed below:
- Manage Personal Workflow eForm Type
- Manual Request eForm Type
- Enhanced Employee Personal Data eForm Type
- Alternate Routing Functionality – ability to optionally route to user-specified Alternate Approvers
- Manage eForms Queues Tool – allowing a business analyst to start and stop eForm messages without ACS
- eForms Debugging Tool – enabling integrated Condition and routing debugging, even in Production, without compromising user passwords
- Setup Table-Defined Notifications Tool – New setup functionality allowing email notifications to be defined outside of PeopleTools
