New GT eForm Admin Tool Made Available to GT eForms™ Clients in Time for Christmas

Here at Gideon Taylor, located just a few miles south of the North Pole, we've worked hard to get a new tool ready just in time for the holidays, as a gift to our valued customers.

 

The GT eForm Admin Tool gives a functional user, typically a core office user, unprecedented control of the handling for an eForm. Many of the tasks related to managing an individual eForm, that previously required technical help, can now be managed functionally by the Admin Tool. These include:

  • Immediately pushing an eForm to the system
  • Routing to a different step in the Approval List
  • Adding ad hoc approvers
  • Sending a notification email to ad hoc users
  • Removing an eForm from a user's Worklist
  • Resetting the Form Status
  • Adding a comment
  • Viewing any eForm errors
  • Viewing the Integration Broker status of an eForm
  • Cancelling / resubmitting the IB message for an eForm

Department of Homeland Security Provides Clearance for Gideon Taylor E-Verify Solution

On Friday, December 19, 2008, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) granted clearance for Gideon Taylor's GT E-Verify Integration™ solution to access the Production E-Verify database. This clearance was granted after the GT E-Verify Integration™ successfully completed the rigorous DHS qualification test.

 

The GT E-Verify Integration™ is a pure bolt-on to PeopleSoft HCM versions 8.8 through 9.1. It allows all E-Verify tasks to be conducted within PeopleSoft HCM, drastically reducing data entry and training requirements. Users are guided through an easy step-by-step process that completes verification much faster than the government's online system.

Built on the flexible power of GT eForms™, the GT E-Verify Integration™ is easy to maintain, customize and update. It integrates seamlessly with the GT Paperless I-9™, our PeopleSoft-based I-9 compliance solution.

 

GT is currently offering both license and basic implementation for a flat price of $30,000 plus expenses. Current GT eForms™ licensees can obtain the solution for the cost of implementation only.
