Additional Pay eForm Implemented in One-Week Engagement
27 October 2009

A GT team began work Monday with the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center (OUHSC), and wrapped up Friday with a new Additional Pay eForm ready for Acceptance Testing and Production. In the one week of remote work, the GT team led discovery, and completed the design, development, unit and system testing of the new workflow-enabled eForm.

The Additional Pay eForm will allow departments to submit requests for payment to employees, even if they do not work in their administrative scope. The request is then automatically routed to both the funding department's approver and the employee's home department approver, and gets automatically entered into the PeopleSoft Additional Pay tables.

This engagement indicates just how quickly new automation solutions can be implemented with GT eForms™ and GT expertise.

OUHSC has been using GT eForms™ and ePAF™ since 2007.

Gideon Taylor Debuts at WHEPSUG Conference
08 October 2009

In conjunction with our Gold Partner, Infocrossing, this week Gideon Taylor made our first appearance at the Wisconsin Higher Education PeopleSoft User's Group (WHEPSUG) conference, hosted by the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh. We enjoyed the beautiful setting, friendly and interested attendees and Midwestern hospitality.

We presented at three different sessions, including a new format - a hands-on Lab session, where attendees got to see for themselves how easy it is to create, manipulate and use workflow processes in GT eForms™ 2.8.

We're impressed with the forward-looking and dynamic PeopleSoft community in Wisconsin, and look forward to working with our new friends there!
