Northern Arizona University Chooses ePAF™

We are excited to announce that Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff has chosen Gideon Taylor to provide eForms-based automation of NAU's personnel action requests by implementing ePAF™. Building on our success at Maricopa Community Colleges and leveraging our Preferred Vendor status there, NAU will simplify entry, cut process time, and slash error rates, continuing to push the HR automation envelope in Arizona higher education.

Maricopa Completes Three In-House eForms Solutions

After training with our GT consulting team during the first stage of our ePAF™ implementation project, Maricopa in-house resources have used GT eForms™ to create three new eForms-based solutions with only advisory support from GT. The solutions are:
- The Security eForm, based on our eForm Library template, allows department users to request role access, routes the request through appropriate approval steps, and after review by a security administrator, automatically updates security.
- The Sub/Docks eForm manages pay for substitute teachers. The eForm creates pay for the substitute and "docks" pay for the absent teacher.
- Additional features for Job Change eForm, including support for department changes, FTE, reclassifications, reorganizations, correction to jobcode and title change.
The great resources at Maricopa are making an excellent case for the value of GT eForms™ as an internal development tool!

This week Gideon Taylor was happy to sponsor the Utah CUPA-HR “Keep Climbing Higher” Conference for the first time. The event brought together human resources professionals from across Utah's rich and diverse higher education institutions.
As a Utah-based consultancy with core competencies in both human resources and higher education, Gideon Taylor has made significant contributions to HR innovation in Utah with eForms-based automation solutions at the University of Utah and Brigham Young University.
