Gideon Taylor Announces New Vice President of Business Development

Gideon Taylor Consulting is pleased to announce the addition of Scott Antin as Vice President of Business Development. Antin will be responsible for managing the strategy and execution of Gideon Taylor's sales and marketing operations, as well as partner relations. For the past thirteen years, he has managed business development and client relations for consulting organizations in the Oracle PeopleSoftmarket, including sales and practice management roles with Infocrossing and Wipro Technologies. He has helped to successfully transform service offerings and solutions in a continually evolving and highly competitive marketplace. Antin brings over twenty years of experience in sales and marketing across a variety of industries, including technology, manufacturing and services.

Gideon Taylor Delivers Paperless I-9™ and E-Verify Integration™ Solutions to New Clients in Retail, Health Sciences

Continuing to expand the market for its HR compliance solutions, the Gideon Taylor team has launched new implementations of its Paperless I-9™ and E-Verify Integration™ solutions with clients in Retail and Health Sciences.


For an international food retailer, the GT I-9 and E-Verify solutions will significantly improve their compliance processes for U.S. employees. Headquartered in Europe, the company recognized that its growth in the United States and high retail turnover required an automated solution that could ensure data accuracy, regulatory compliance and seamless integration with its core PeopleSoft HRMS and the necessary government agencies.


Streamlining the compliance process was also a primary driver for a major health sciences and educational institution in the central U.S. Providing both education and innovative health sciences research, the center employs thousands of full-time and part-time staff and was challenged with the paper-based I-9 process. The organization was already using GT eForms for a variety of other HR transactions, so the decision to move to the Paperless I-9 and E-Verify solutions was an easy one. Once implemented, new employees and managers can leverage the intuitive online forms and HR will be relieved of reams of paper forms, storage requirements and manual data entry.
