Before SDM-2, upgrades of GT eForms™ have traditionally required a two- to four-week consulting engagement to complete. Our goal with SDM-2 is to enable upgrades that can more feasibly be accomplished by in-house resources, with minimal support from GT. This will allow clients easier access to new GT eForms™ features and solutions. With SDM-2 Gideon Taylor provides a formal “upgrade path” from release to release.
