University of Utah

GT eForms™ / ePAF™, GT Paperless I-9™, GT E-Verify Integration™


2010 — The University of Utah completed their upgrade to GT eForms 2.8.2 in April. Look at the details in our news item. The upgrade included the implementation of the GT eForm Admin Tool™ and other enhancements to improve management of the business process workflow..


2009 — The University of Utah is extending their functionality of GT eForms™ by implementing the GT Paperless I-9™, our electronic version of the DHS I-9 form. See our news item. As a follow on to the GT Paperless I-9™, the University added the GT E-Verify Integration™.


2008 — The University licensed GT eForms™ and ePAF™, and retained a GT Implementer team to assist them in automating and streamlining their personnel action notifications, known as PANs. See our news release on the impressive metrics they documented.


University of British Columbia

GT eForms and ePAF™ Implementation


2010 — The University completed Phase II of their implementation of GT eForms™ and ePAF™ by moving their solution to production for faculty and Staff. Phase II included some significant improvements in the enablement of SOA in the GT eForms™ framework. Read more details in our news release.


2009 — The University of British Columbia has licensed GT eForms™ 2.8 and ePAF™ to auotmate their Human Resource processes and reduce errors and increase cycle times. In November, the University went into production for the student population as outlined in the news release.


University of Alberta

GT eForms and ePAF™ Implementation


2010 — The University of Alberta upgraded their GT eForms™ to 2.8 and moved it from their Financials environment after upgrade PeopleSoft HCM to version 9.0. See more in our news release. The University also began a new Delegation form in February; the details of some of the features can be found in the news release.


2008 — After sponsing the development of the GT Personnel eFile™, the University of Alberta went live to completely turn their whole paper personnel file electronic. See more in our news release.


2006 — The University has licensed GT eForms and ePAF™ to meet the requirements of their Smart Forms initiative. Our consulting team is working with preferred provider Sierra Systems to customize ePAF™ for their needs. This project includes the challenge of hosting ePAF™ on Financials 8.8, with the updates being applied to their HRMS 8.3 system.


Wakefern Food Corporation

GT eForms™ / ePAF™


2009 — Recently initiated a PeopleSoft Upgrade which included upgrading from GT eForms™ 1.0 to GT eForms™ 2.8. Since the implementation of GT eForms™ 1.0, Wakefern personnel had created more than 20 eForms. See our news item.


2008 — Designed GT eForms™ and ePAF™ to replace an existing third-party workflow solution, and automate personnel action form processing across their extended enterprise. They have since used the eForms framework to develop ten additional eForms processes.


University of Oklahoma Health Science Center

GT eForms™ and ePAF™


2009 — OUHSC began an extension to their current GT ePAF™ implementation. Functionality that will be added includes adding faculty, People Admin interface, connection to Service-Now, and document attachments.


2006 — The Health Science Center licensed GT eForms™ and ePAF™, and retained a GT Implementer team to implement Hire, Job Change, Termination and Leave of Absence eForms for all employee types, including affiliates and preferred practice plan physicians but excluding faculty. The Health Science Center has extremely complex approval routings, proving out the robust capabilities of the GT eForms™ framework. Our first move to Production occurred in November 2006, and a phased Production rollout is in progress. The Health Science Center has extended our contract to add additional functionality.


Brigham Young University

HCM 7.5 to 88 Upgrade, GT eForms and ePAF™ Implementation, eRecruit Integration, Custom Integration Solutions


2008 — GT eForms upgrade to 2.7


2007 — We are currently working with the Department of Continuing Education (DCE) in a project to enhance DCE's recruiting experience. The project deals specifically with the special needs of DCE's Youth Programs.


2000-2006 — In the course of their upgrade from HCM 7.5 to 8.8, Gideon Taylor implemented GT eForms and ePAF™, which went to production with astounding success in April of 2005. Also developed a Web Services-based Person Data interface with their external person data store, and a full-featured Service-Oriented Architecture built on PeopleSoft Integration Broker that enabled their non-PeopleSoft web applications to use PeopleSoft components and processes as services, and vice versa.


We also developed a pre-eForms personnel action system for their HRMS implementation project in version 7.5.


Other projects for BYU include custom application development for Asset Management, Financials to HCM Web Services integration, eRecruit implementation and integration.


University of Houston

GT eForms and ePAF™ Implementation, GT Paperless I-9


2008 — Initial Rollout - Starting with what some saw as very ambitious goals, the University and a GT Implementer team acheived some amazing results. The team successfully rolled several eForms to all four campuses, including hire, job change, additional pay, and change employment status. See more details on the initial rollout.

 

Project Extension - After the significant success of the initial rollout, the University decided to have the GT Implementer team assist them in some extension work. This included the first implementation of the GT Paperless I-9™, a PeopleAdmin interface and several additional forms. See the full project recap.

2008 — In fall of 2008, the University identified a need in the Campus Solutions environment for an automated process around course fee payments. Look at our news release for the details.


2006 — The University licensed GT eForms™ and ePAF™, and retained our consulting services to develop their individualized ePAF™ solution. We followed a rigorous implementation schedule, and a scope that included all personnel actions for all employee types. ePAF™ is now live, and has been an astounding success.
