GT eForms stores navigation and presentation information in setup tables that can be managed by functional business analysts, allowing them to change how the business process unfolds and who participates in it, with little or no developer intervention. ePAF™ is a set of electronic forms built with the GT eForms framework. ePAF™ targets personnel action form business processes, including hiring, job changes, termination and retirement, and leave actions. ePAF™ resolves the tension between centralized and decentralized hiring approaches; information is gathered from decentralized users with an interface that is easier and requires less training than filling out a paper form, and central offices get full review capability. When the central offices approve an action, it enters itself into Job Data and other delivered components through Component Interface.
