How Does It Work?

The process is simple:

  1. The GT Paperless I-9 is completed by the new employee and the employer representative.
  2. The GT E-Verify Integration solution extracts the required data from the system.
  3. The data is formatted to Customer Processing System (CPS) standards.
  4. The transaction is submitted to CPS.
  5. The E-Verify system responds with a case and result.
  6. Authorized Employment cases are closed immediately, no user steps required!

  1. Tentative Non-Confirmations (TNC) are initiated, the employer representative is stepped through the process, and the employee is referred to the correct Federal Agency.

  1. The TNC case is escalated to a group with expertise in the process.
  2. All responses are stored within the PeopleSoft environment and attached to the GT Paperless I-9 for easy reporting.
